How to use this site?
· From country: You must first select where you would make the calls from. By doing this you will be able to see the calling cards available from your origination country. There may be more then one product for your origination country.
· Cards: A list of card(s) that are available from your origination country will be on this page. Each product may be different depending on where their market concentration is. The information on each card and their special pricing is described in the text near the card as well as the bulletin board on each page.
· Rates: Once you select your origination country, you could press the rates button to see the rates from that country to any other country. Next is to select where you will be calling to. Then, the rate would be calculated based on the combination of 2 countries.
· Denominations: Once a card is selected you could purchase it in the denominations available for the specific product. These denominations are fixed and can not be changed.
· Buy: PayPal is the secure medium we use for security of your transaction. When you press the Buy button you will be taken to PayPal where you will make your payment and will be returned to our site, once the payment is processed.
· Email: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email from PayPal that confirms the receipt of your payment as well as an email from us with your PIN number.
· Recharge: If you wish to recharge your card, just click recharge and you will need to login with the login information provided to you in the first email you received from us. Then, you can select a denomination and recharge your card using PayPal exactly the same way as above. Top

How does the Calling Card work?
From anywhere in the USA or Canada:
Dial your designated toll free number (it will be supplied in the email)
Enter the PIN (it will be supplied in the email) after the prompt
After hearing the dial tone enter your destination number as:
011 + country code + city code + number + #
(To most International Destinations)
or
1 + area code + number + #
(To USA, Canada, or some Caribbean Destinations)
You will be connected
To make another call dial ## and you will receive a new dial tone
To redial the last number you dialed press ## and 9#. Top

What is the World Connect Card?
Some of the products are marked as World Connect cards. The World Connect service is the cheapest way to call from a country around the world other then USA and Canada. You will receive a key number, which will be an USA number dedicated to you for each phone number you have at the country you reside.
Simply, dial the key number as you would normally do calling to the USA
(Commonly: 00 + 1 + key number), ring it once and hang up. There will be no charge for this call, as the call will not be answered on this side.
Our system will know who you are and will call you immediately with the US dial tone.
Once you hear the dial tone, you can call anywhere in the world as:
00 + country code + city code + number + #
(To most International Destinations)
or
00 + 1 + area code + number + #
(To USA, Canada, or some Caribbean Destinations)
You will be connected
To make another call dial ## and you will receive a new dial tone

When will I receive my PIN or key number?
You will receive your PIN or Key number by email immediately after you make your payment by PayPal. Top

Can I recharge my card?
Yes, once you purchase any service you may recharge them by simply pressing the recharge button on any page. You will need to enter your login id and password, which, will be assigned to you in your first transaction and will be emailed to you. Top

Once you purchase a card you may login, recharge and see the transaction history of your account. A login id and password will be assigned to you with your first purchase and will be emailed to you. You may change your password any time you wish. Top

What if I forget my password?
Your password will be emailed to your email address only by clicking on the "forget my password" link. Top

Why are there more then one product from my country?
Sometimes, while one product may offer you discounts calling a certain destination, another one, could be cheaper to some other destinations. Information on the products and the bulletin board will inform you about the specials. Top

Why is there only one product available from my country?
While some countries may have specials, Calling and World Connect Cards, some others may only have World Connect Cards as that is the only product available to use from that particular country. Top

Are there any other charges other then the rates involved?
There are, absolutely, no other charges: No minimums, No monthly charges, No Taxes, No Gimmicks. That is what makes Cards4Students.com different then other cards who advertise one rate and charge hidden charges which end up being much more expensive. Top

How are the rates calculated?
The rates from your origination country to destination country are calculated as one leg. Incomplete calls are not charged. Your calls will be charged at 30 seconds + 6 second increments. Please click for your specific rates. Top

What if I do not get my PIN by email?

In Case you dont receive our email,

1. Please check to make sure that your email provider is not putting our emails in your junk box.
2. Please check to make sure that your anti-spam settings of your email is not blocking our domain for any reason.
3. If all fails, you can still Log on our website by using Your paypal email and invoice no from Paypal that you receive after completing the purchase.

Please make sure that cards4students.com domain is not selected as junk by your email provider. We have found that most of the time this has been the problem if you do not receive the email. Especially, by providers like yahoo, hotmail, aol etc.. tend to junk emails coming new domains.Top
